The patient came 31-January-2004 complaining of LBP with right sciatica for 1 month. She was bedridden the last 18 days. MRI performed 12-January-2004 showed huge extrusion  with right downward migration at the level of L4-5. She was limping  with exaggerated scoliotic stance  with almost drop right foot. SLRS right side was 45 degrees with shooting pain.
