The patient for more than 10 years
having neck pain with exacerbation of pain and left radicular
syndrome with pain both legs more the left. MRI of the barin,
cervical dorsal and lumbar spine performed, showing huge left
mediolateral disc C4-5. Discectomy C4-5 done with removal of the
extrusion. Prompt postoperative recovery.
