The patient started to complain of LBP with bilateral sciatica for more than 2 years. The last 4 months escalation of her right sciatica and drop right foot and weak dorsiflexion left foot. The patient was operated. Vilateral flavotomy L3-4 with right sided removel of the extrusion and bilateral cleaning of the disc was achieved.
