The patient was seen in the hospital complaining of agonizing pain shooting to his left lower limb for 20 days and with drop left foot . MRI done showing huge extrusion of the L4-5 disc with left upward migration. The patient was operated and left partial hemilaminectomy L4 was performed to remove the extrusion in toto , after what, cleaning of disc space was performed .
