MELAWY 44 YEARS EXTRUSION OF L4-5 DISC LEFT SIDE
The patient started to complain of LBP for several years with exacerbation of left sciatica the last month. On examination, she had almost drop left foot with weak planterflexion all toes same foot. She had neuralgia like signs with inability to touch the foot. Left L4-5 hemiflavotomy with left L5 root foraminotomy done with removal of the extrusion.
