Another demonstration of carpal tunnel release through a mini incision. Notice that the cuff of the IV block is defective, which sometimes cause even severe venous congestion and severe bleeding from the operative site, necessitating the surgeon to remove the cuff and proceed with local infiltrative aneasthesia.
