21-02-2005 ABDEL-KAREEM MUHAMED YASEEN BURST FRACTURE D12 WITH TRANSPEDICULAR SCREW
DISTRACTION-REDUCTION & FIXATION- PART -1
The patient came
to Shmaisani Hospital after RTA 20-February-2005 with unstable
fracture L1 with weak both lower limbs with inability to
pass urine. The patient was checked for other injuries and was
operated the next day.
Skeletoniztion of D11-12-L1-L2 was
performed and using transpedicular screws , reduction through
distraction and fixation was applied.
