The patient came to the clinic
27-June-2006 with his parents . The child is the product of
IVF and the mother noticed a mass under the skin in the anterior
fontanel. MRI performed confirmed the attachment of the mass to the
superior sagittal sinus. Under G.A. the lump was resected in
toto and sent for biopsy investigation. It mostly resemble teratoma.
It was eroding the bone and attached with the SSS, but could be
separated without violating the dura and the running SSS. The
patient discharged the same day.
trigger the malformations in the newborns. This is logical, since
the embryo in its early development is not natural and many factors
can increase the rate of defective development. |
