The patient, a young student in university complaining for several years of hyperhydrosis of both upper limbs, making him unable to perform the tasks in computer manipulations. He is right handed, for what it was decided to perform sympathectomy to his right upper limb. Through a small incision, the right D3 transverse process and subsequent costo-transverse articulation were drilled off and the Th2 sympathetic ganglion with the ramii gresium and albicans  were totally and the Th3 ganglion was partially removed. The small incision was a major obstacle during this surgery, but considering his young age it was worthy to delay the surgery, which usually take 40-50 min to 2 hours. It was felt that new instrumentations must be devised to ease the performance of such surgery.

The patient came to the clinic 12-September-2005 with dramatic result. The right upper limb is no more have sweating as the other limb.
