The patient was operated 12 years ago for CCS through posterior approach, after what he deteriorated. The patient could manage himself, but the last three years , his condition gradually deteriorated and quadriparesis took over and became wheelchair dependent the last 4 months. The patient MRI showed still having severe stenosis at the above mentioned levels with more pronounced weakness of his right extremities. He underwent surgery and anterior decompression was performed with cage fixation. The patient immediately after the operation could feel considerable improvement of his condition.
