The patient  for long time suffering of LBP with bilateral sciatica more the right side. Her condition deteriorated over the last year that she cannot walk more than 5-10 meter. On examination she had weak dorsiflexion both feet and planterflexion right foot. The patient was operated and laminectomy l5 was performed and the loose facets removed and foraminotomy of both L5 and S1 roots was achieved after what transpedicular screws inserted with bridge to fuse the L5 with the sacrum.
