The patient was operated 05-June-2002 for PLD L5-S1 and for recurrence later at the same level. The patient, then was operated by me 2 years ago for PLD L4-5 and the last 4 months signs of recurrence took place for what new MRI confirmed the recurrence with downward migration left side, the same previous side.
