The patient  was operated 3 years ago for segmental stenosis of L3-4 with discectomy of that level. His postoperative period at that time was complicated by infection, which was resolved and improved. The last 7 months his condition started to deteriorate and came back to the clinic with inability to walk and weak dorsi and planterflexion both feet more the right with right sciatica. MRI performed showing new stenosis at L1-2 and L2-3 with extruded disc L2-3 right side. The patient was operated and the L2 and L3 roots were decompressed by foraminotomies. The right located extrusion at L2-3 was removed. The power of the feet after operation normalized.
