The patient  for 7 months complaining of intermittent claudication and severe weakness of both feet. The condition progressed, that he became unable to walk more than a month. The last week he could not sleep due to continuous numbness of his feet. The patient is a known diabetic and hypertensive. MRI demonstrated severe compression at the levels of L3-4 and L4-5. The weakness was almost drop in the right side. The patient was operated and decompression of all elements with bilateral foraminotomy of both L4 and L5 roots was done. The power of the feet moderately improved after surgery.

The patient came to the clinic 27-August -2005 with some improvement of the power of his feet and the sensation , became better.
