The patient  after diving in the pool 6 months ago got head injury and CSF leak at that time. He was treated conservatively, but 4 separate episodes of massive rhinorrhea took place. 4 days ago he was exposed to head injury and CSF leak took place, for what he was operated. Bifrontal approach was performed. It was noticeable that he had several fractures sites and CSF leak was not only from the cribriform plate, but also from the planum sphenoidale at two separate places. All the dural defects were repaired.
