The patient started to complain of LBP with bilateral sciatica for more than 5 months. She has intermittent claudication with weak dorsiflexion both feet and planterflexion right foot. Hypalgesia both right L5 and S1 roots. Laminectomy L5 and partial of L4 and S1 was done and foraminotomy both L5 and S1 roots was performed. Inspection of the disci was negative for presence of extrusion. They were not violated. Prompt recovery of the muscle power of the feet.
